Man on a Ledge is an upcoming 2012 thriller film which follows a police psychologist who works to talk down an ex-con who is about to commit suicide by jumping off a ledge from the Manhattan hotel roof top, realizing later that she was just being set-up.
The story started when the former policeman (Sam Worthington) who lost his job and was sent to jail after being framed, gets out of jail just to attend his father’s funeral. After having a chance and a little time of freedom, he manages to get to the top of a Manhattan hotel rooftop and threatens everybody, including the police, that he would jump off the ledge once they do not give him what he wants. A police psychologist was brought up to talk him down. However, unbeknownst to the police psychologist (Elizabeth Banks) who came up to negotiate to the suspect, this suicide attempt is just supposed to be a cover for the biggest diamond heist ever attempted.
You can watch Man on a Ledge Movie online after it hits the big screen on January 27, 2012 under the distribution of Summit Entertainment. The film is written by Chris Gorak and directed by Asger Leth starring Sam Worthington, Anthony Mackie, Jamie Bell, Elizabeth Banks, and Edward Burns.
