Red Tails Trailer and Synopsis

Racial discrimination is still evident elsewhere, no matter how we hide it or not. Even though the President of the United States of America is a Black American, still, there is an existing form of discrimination between the Black and White Americans in some parts of America. However, it is just minimized, compared to what existed during the World War II which happened in 1944.

Red Tails is an upcoming 2012 action drama war film which allows us to see this discrimination which happened during the World War II. The film is directed by Anthony Hemingway and it is from the screenplay of John Ridley and Aaron McGruder. Red Tails 2012 Movie is set for release on January 20, 2012 to be distributed by Lucas Film. The stars of the film include Bryan Cranston, Cuba Gooding Jr., Terrence Howard, Daniela Ruah and Michael B. Jordan.

Movie Synopsis:

The year was 1944. The World War II began and the fate of the free world hangs in the balance. Explosions everywhere, gun shots here and there, and bombs dropped from the air. In the middle of it all, the black pilots of the experimental Tuskegee training program are courageously waging two wars at once. The first one is to go against the enemies overseas, and the other on is against the discrimination within the military and back home. It is really hard to concentrate on the war when your own fellow troops don’t have trust in you, right? Racial prejudices have long held the ace airman Martin Easy Julian (Nate Parker) and his black pilots back at their base – leaving them with little to do but further hone their flying skills – while their white counterparts are shipped out to combat after a mere three months training. They were treated inferiorly and they were only given second-rate planes and missions. Despite of all these, the Tuskegee pilots tried their best to master the skies with ease but , they were still not granted with the opportunity to truly spread their wings.
